To be ahead of adversaries, it is crucial to understand the operating environment and what it implies to operate in “denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited bandwidth” conditions. Space Norway manages and develops space capabilities supporting the Norwegian government’s strategy to be the go-to-nation in the High North.
